"The jewel I want is sold out. Can you create another copy of it for me?"

No, sorry. Every Fluttuo creation is really Made Once Only and we don't ever create copies. Never did, never will. It's an unconventional belief but we think that we should wear something as unique as we are. 

"Do you ship overseas?"

We ship our handmade one-off jewels all over the world to most destinations everyday from Italy. You can order with confidence, safe in the knowledge that we'll do our best to get your goods to you as quick as we can. We don't like to guarantee exact delivery times due to unexpected delays that could occur with customs etc. 

If your shipping destination is not available, please contact us. 

"How about customs charges?"

If you are ordering our jewels for delivery outside the European Union, please note that our goods may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any charges in relation with customs clearance must be borne by the customer. Fluttuo is not responsible for customs clearance. 

"How can I pay for my order?"

Prices on our website are currently charged in euros (€). We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal. You can also pay with your PayPal account but you don't need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.

"I just placed my order. What happens next?"

We will start processing your order immediately. Your purchase will be packed up carefully within five working days and sent off. Once we have received your order it's not possible to change or cancel it. As soon as your order has shipped, we'll email you the tracking number. 

"Do you offer any warranty on your products?"

Due to the nature of our handmade products and their rarity we don't offer any warranty. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged product (due to shipping process) please email us within 3 (three) days from product reception. 

If you discover a problem caused by wear and tear we recommend taking your goods to a jewel repair shop. Unfortunately we are unable to undertake repairs in-house. 

Please note: If you buy a Fluttuo - Made Once Only creation we strongly recommend to treasure it and treat it with the utmost care: they are far from being indestructible.

"Are your products hypoallergenic?"

Yes. All of our products elements in contact with the skin are 100% unallergic. 

"Are your products really made in one copy only?"

Yes. Every Fluttuo creation is really Made Once Only because we believe that we should wear something as unique as we are.
